Welcome to Velvet Peach Co. By accessing or using our Shopify storefront, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.


1. Business Model & Inventory

Velvet Peach Co. operates as a boutique. We curate and retail apparel and accessories from external sources and do not manufacture these items in-house. Consequently, all replacements for damaged items are strictly subject to boutique stock availability.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods or seasonal drops, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after processing, while expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Liability: Velvet Peach Co. is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Strict Boutique Policy: As a curated boutique with moving inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

  • Store Credit Only: Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for store credit, the return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items must be free of makeup, perfume, or pet hair.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, clearance/ "Last Chance" items, hats, and accessories are non-returnable. Additionally, any order placed using a promotional discount code of 20% or more is final sale.

4. Order Cancellations

Because we prioritize fast fulfillment, orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, the order is locked into our boutique fulfillment workflow and cannot be stopped or modified.

5. Damaged Items

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. If the item is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued.

For all return authorizations and inquiries, please contact our support team. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
