SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a notification with
tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods or seasonal drops, processing
may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.
*Note: Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
ADDRESS & DELIVERY POLICY:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. Velvet Peach Co. is
not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not issue refunds
or replacements for items confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
STRICT BOUTIQUE POLICY: STORE CREDIT ONLY
As a curated boutique, our inventory is limited and moves quickly. Because we do not manufacture these
items in-house, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. No exceptions.
Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for Store Credit only if the following criteria are met:
The return request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale, Clearance, or "Last Chance" items.
Accessories, Hats, and Jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
Orders placed using a promotional discount code of 20% or more.
How to Start a Return
Email our support team with your order number to request a return authorization. Once approved, the customer
is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
FAQ
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, the order is locked into our
boutique fulfillment workflow and cannot be stopped.
What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have it?
Check with neighbors and your local post office. Carriers frequently mark items as delivered 24-48 hours before
they arrive. If it hasn’t appeared after 48 hours, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
Damaged Items
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Since we curate our
collections from external sources, replacements are subject to boutique stock availability. If the item is no longer
available, store credit will be issued.
