Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Address & Delivery Policy: Velvet Peach Co. is not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Once a delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier, we are unable to issue a refund for that order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Strict Boutique Policy — Store Credit Only: All sales are final. We do not offer Cash/Card refunds under any circumstances. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Return Requirements:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and returned with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Hats & headwear
- Accessories
- Sale items
- Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more
FAQ
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that window, your order will have entered processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage. Replacements are subject to boutique inventory availability and are not guaranteed.
